How does the Delivery process work ?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review shipping and billing information to avoid delays of delivery.

  • International Shipping – Additional shipping charges would be applicable on international couriers depending on the customer's location/ country.

What is the estimated delivery time ?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1- 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be customised as per client's need and requirement.

  • Therefore, customised products or out of stock products usually take 15-20 business days to be delivered. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

  • However, in case of international orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc.

What happens in case of Wrong Address Disclaimer ?

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is a correct one and has all the information required to deliver it at the right address.

  • Since The Gorgeous Hair processes the order as quickly as possible, it becomes very difficult to cancel or change the order within the short time period. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at ghgorgeoushair@gmail.com
     as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

What do you mean by Delivered but not Received ?

  • All orders we send out, come with a tracking number. If the tracking says that the order has been delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the given courier partner who can help investigate the issue.

  • We cannot be held answerable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address but you haven't received the parcel.
