Exchange Policy

We at The Gorgeous Hair has NO return or refund policy. However, We do have an EXCHANGE POLICY.

Please read below FAQ's to understand our Exchange Policy:

What is the Exchange Period ?

We accept Exchange only if the product is in the same condition as it was delivered. The Exchange is accepted within 7 working days of order delivery. No exchange would be valid after 7 days of order delivery. Also, exchange is valid only on products worth or above INR 7000.

Please Note: We do not accept any Exchanges for International orders, discounted items or Hair Accessories, etc. .

Do I have to pay for the Shipping of my Exchange ?

If you are exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. If you are exchanging your order, we provide a complimentary return shipping label for all Indian customers. You will not be required to pay the cost of it!

When will I receive my Exchange ?

Your new order will be released for processing as soon as our warehouse has received and inspected your return. All orders will take an additional 1-5 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method.
